It's time to improve you productivity by integrating you Zoho CRM with your Foneco Phone System. In this article you will find an overview of the integration between your telephony platform and Zoho CRM. Do not hesitate to ask your representative!
1. API Keys
First, you need your Foneco API key. If you do not have it, please contact us using the support button on your right corner. Your API key also must be authorized for Zoho Integration.
2. Connect your Zoho CRM
To connect your Zoho CRM, you need to access the Zoho CRM management page on the Foneco website.
The address is: www.foneco.co/zohocrm
Enter your API key and confirm with OK.
3. Authorised Foneco to access your Zoho CRM
You must authorize the Foneco Link to your Zoho CRM using a Zoho administrator account.
4. Users mapping
Now you can authorize users who will have access to the Zoho CRM Phonebridge. To give the access you just have to map the Foneco users with the right Zoho CRM users account.
To activate the Click2Dial in the Zoho CRM Contact Module, check the Click2Dial checkbox.
You may select a default user. Call history not made by a Zoho CRM user will be associated with this user. We recommend that you assign it to an dedicated account to avoid any disturbance in the user experience .
Submit your mapping.
5. Enjoy you integration
The process is now complete. You will begin to see Phonebridge notifications in Zoho CRM.
